How to read a fair price
Published 19 October 2026
A single number tells you little. The range, the comparables behind it and how fresh the data is matter together.
When someone calls a home's price fair, the first question is: based on what? An estimate with no comparables named is just an opinion.
On Homoma every estimate arrives as a range, not a point. The fewer or more scattered the comparables, the wider the range and the lower the stated confidence.
Check three things: how many comparables there are, how recent they are, and whether the adjustments applied (age, floor, parking) make sense.
