What does Homoma actually do?
Homoma brings property search, fair-value estimates, neighborhood scorecards and viewing bookings into one platform, with an assistant that turns what you say into a precise search.
Is the data in this version real?
No. This demonstration build runs on sample data; the listings, agents and prices are not real. The search and valuation logic genuinely runs, but must be replaced with licensed data before any public launch.
Valuation
How reliable is the price estimate?
Every estimate comes with a range and a confidence score. When comparables are scarce, confidence drops and the range widens. Our estimate is not a substitute for an official appraisal.
What currency are prices shown in?
Toman, the unit the Iranian property market quotes in. Large sums are shortened to millions and billions for legibility.
Viewings & agents
How do I book a viewing?
On any property page, pick a day and time and choose in-person or online. Viewings are saved to your dashboard.
How are agents verified?
Every agent is identity-checked and licence-checked before working on the platform. Ratings and response times appear on each profile.

Where is my saved data kept?
In this build, saved properties, searches and viewings are stored in this browser only and never sent to a server.
